Cookie Policy

Last Updated: February 18, 2026

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Bizonder B.V. uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.

Bizonder B.V. is an independent provider of online workplace education. Our website is used to present courses and workshops, support online registration inquiries, and provide learning resources. Cookies help the website function reliably, remember your consent choices, and (if you choose) measure how content is used so we can improve it.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a set period).

Cookies can also be first-party (set by this website) or third-party (set by other providers whose tools are used on a website). In addition to cookies, some platforms use pixel tags and similar technologies for conversion measurement and advertising. Where such tools are used, they are grouped into the same cookie categories described below.

3. Cookie categories we use

We organize cookies into three categories. Essential cookies are always active because they are required to operate the website. Analytics and Marketing cookies are optional and will be activated only if you consent via the cookie banner and preference panel.

3.1 Essential cookies (always active)

Essential cookies support core site functions, such as remembering that you have made a cookie choice, maintaining session continuity, and keeping basic security controls in place. These cookies do not require consent under EU cookie rules when used strictly for necessary purposes.

3.2 Analytics cookies (optional)

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site: which pages are visited, how long pages are viewed, and whether a visitor arrives from a search result or a referral link. We use this information to improve navigation, clarity, and content quality for learners.

When analytics is enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configured with IP anonymization and a 14-month data retention setting in the analytics platform. Analytics cookies do not provide us with direct personal identity; they create a browser identifier and session information.

3.3 Marketing cookies (optional)

Marketing cookies are used for advertising measurement and personalization. They can be used to build audience groups (for example, visitors who viewed a program page) and measure whether a registration inquiry was made after an ad click.

If enabled, marketing tools may include Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) technologies such as pixels and conversion measurement. These tools can rely on cookie identifiers (and, in some configurations, server-side events) to attribute conversions and deliver ads. Bizonder B.V. does not allow these providers to use site data for their own independent commercial purposes.

4. Cookie table

The table below lists cookies commonly used for the categories described above. Some cookies will be present only when you consent to Analytics or Marketing. Cookie names may vary slightly depending on browser configuration and provider updates.

5. Third-party providers

If you enable Analytics or Marketing cookies, third-party providers may set or read cookies through their scripts and tags. These providers process data under their own policies. We encourage you to review them:

Bizonder B.V. does not sell personal data. Where third-party advertising tools are used, they are used to measure marketing effectiveness and to improve relevance of ads, not to provide regulated services or make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Managing your cookie preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time. Use the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the website footer to reopen the cookie banner and adjust Analytics and Marketing choices.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling all cookies may affect site functionality (for example, essential cookies may be required to remember your consent settings).

Provider opt-out options (where available):

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we change the tools used on the website or if cookie rules change. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
