Learning resources for everyday workplace practice
The resources on this page complement Bizonder B.V. programs and workshops. They focus on concrete artifacts used at work: meeting notes, stakeholder updates, action trackers, weekly planning pages, and short checklists for clear execution.
Resources are educational materials only. They are designed to help learners practice skills and build repeatable routines. They are not consulting deliverables, legal documents, financial advice, accounting guidance, or employment-placement tools.
Short guides, editable templates, and workbook-style exercises that support the way our programs teach: learn a concept, then apply it using an artifact.
Use one template for a week, review what worked, and adjust. This mirrors the learning loop used in our workshops and self-paced programs.
The library focuses on workplace skills. It does not provide legal forms, financial advice, accounting services, consulting, or employment-placement support.
Tell us which program you are considering and the kind of workplace context you want to practice with. We will point you to the most relevant templates and exercises.
Resource library overview
This library is organized around common workplace artifacts rather than abstract theory. A communication template is only useful if it fits the cadence of real work: meetings that run long, approvals that stall, and projects that change scope halfway through. Each resource is designed to help learners create a clear record, reduce rework, and keep decisions visible.
Many resources connect directly to how our courses teach. For example, a simple action register supports program exercises on task clarity and ownership; a weekly planning page reinforces prioritization and time-blocking; and a stakeholder update template ties to concise writing practice. None of the materials claim outcomes. They are tools for practice and reflection.
Workplace fundamentals bundle
A curated set that spans administration, communication, project organization, and productivity. It includes a meeting notes page, an action register, a weekly review checklist, and a one-page stakeholder update template. The bundle is meant to be used together, so the output of one template becomes the input to the next.
Business guides
Short, structured notes on admin basics: document control, agenda setting, basic operational planning, and small-team workflow hygiene.
Communication templates
Stakeholder updates, meeting notes, feedback prompts, and simple scripts that help keep written communication concrete and consistent.
Leadership workbooks
Exercises for delegation, meeting leadership, and decision framing, built around real scenarios rather than abstract leadership slogans.
Project planning templates
Lightweight planning pages that teach the habit of visibility: scope notes, milestone lists, action trackers, and simple change-control prompts. These are educational examples, intended to support learning and practice rather than formal project governance.
Productivity planners
Weekly planning pages, prioritization grids, and review prompts that support a steady routine without over-engineering your system.
How resources connect to programs
Most resources map to one or two specific modules. A meeting-notes page supports communication practice; an action register supports administration workflow clarity; and a lightweight milestone list supports project basics. If you tell us which program you plan to take, we can recommend a focused starter set so you are not sorting through everything.
What the resources do not do
Templates and guides are educational examples. They are not legal documents, financial advice, accounting instruction for compliance, employment-placement tools, or consulting deliverables. Learners remain responsible for adapting materials to their own organization’s requirements and policies.
Request resource access or ask a question
Use the form to ask about resource access or to register interest in a program. Share the program you have in mind and the type of materials you want (templates, workbooks, planners, or guides). We collect only what we need to respond and do not sell personal data.

Use templates to make learning stick
A good template turns an abstract idea into a repeatable routine. Ask for a starter set aligned to your program and the kind of work you do.
